This hotel is a hidden gem! the location is fantastic, with the local market just a stone's throw away and delicious food options nearby. The rooftop pool offers a refreshing escape, and the breakfast buffet is satisfying. The staff took great care of us, fulfilling all our needs and providing a delicious breakfast on the rooftop. The rooms, complete with classy bathrooms, were comfortable and well-maintained.

To expensive for the service and the comfort you get.To expensive if you are looking on prices in Vietnam. There is one nice lady (wearing glasses) in the reception speeking good english and she is very helpful for guests and thre is one tall gay, he do not understend a word! Even when you draw him a pictere all you can get was only an empty look... There Was no hot water (we payed more than 40$/night)! The breakfest is served only till 8.30 in the morning...

The buffet breakfast here was amazing! It's great that they have a rooftop pool 🏊. the free Wi-Fi worked perfectly, which was a big plus!

The Hotel food was terrible as was the service which was very slow and the staff were not at all helpful, their understanding of English was very limited. Although I tried to be open minded when I arrived, I felt the total lack of customer care was shown by all the staff through out my five nights at this Hotel. I would never recommed this Hotel to my friends family and colleages, as it has a very long way to go to be even considered as a one star Hotel let alone a three star Hotel.

This hotel offers great value for money. The staff are attentive and speak good English. The rooms are a good size and the bathrooms are classy. The location is excellent, near the markets and with plenty of eating areas close by.

No improvements needed, everything was ok.

The water was never warm, or for long. Noisy. The rooms were not insulated. Guests in other rooms were loud & had penchant for leaving their doors open early in the morning, or slamming them.
